What you are buying

Membership of the Pioneer Fire hub: a Learn section with fire safety check guides and diagrams, and a private log for weekly checks, training records and staff sign-off. It is aimed at small offices and shops in the UK.

Guidance only

Everything on this site is general guidance and record keeping. It is not a fire risk assessment, legal advice or a substitute for a competent fire risk assessor, alarm engineer or electrician. You stay responsible for your premises and for meeting your legal duties. Typed names, staff PINs and photos are records, not legally verified signatures.

Prices and billing

Monthly plan: £7.99 a month. Annual plan: £79.99 a year. Prices are shown before any VAT or tax that applies at checkout. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable. Please check the service suits you before you subscribe. This does not affect any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Your records

Records you save in your private log belong to your account and are not shown to other customers. Keep your own copy of anything you must retain. Do not store sensitive personal data beyond names and roles.
